I have always heard such great things about Parker Tire and Alignment but I had never personally expereinced it until I recently had my oil changed at their establishment. The office is very inviting and so are all of the employees. They make you feel at home. Everyone was very professional and they changed my oil in a timely fashion. I was expecting a normal, routine, oil change as I have had in the past, but I received way more than that! The thing that stood out to me the most and really excited me was that after the oil change they sent me pictures of everything they inspected on my vehicle! I have never had this type of service before. They have a 47 point system that checks your filters, battery, spark plugs, fluids, lights, brakes, and more! Since they sent me pictures of everything that I needed to have repaired or replaced, I know that what they are telling me about the maintenance of my vehicle actually needs to be done. They are very trustworthy and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to my family and friends!

Ever since we were desperate for a set of four tires on a Friday afternoon last year, we’ve relied on the professionalism and promptness at Parker. This experience was no different. I’ve always been willing to give my business to the best customer service first, and the lowest price (while maintaining quality) second. Parker provides both. I requested a Honda A1 service on a Sunday night for Monday morning and my appointment request was accepted Monday morning and I showed up and the service was done quickly. I will say, that the reason they lost a star on THIS PARTICULAR VISIT, was my oil change was done correctly and there was NO OIL LEAK, but there was an excess of oil under the car that wasn’t cleaned after service that dripped onto my garage floor and stained it. The other six visits i’ve had with them in the last 12 months have been great, professional, unremarkable, and correct. I would, have, and will continue to recommend Parker for their customer service, communication, promptness and honesty.
