I can't speak of their service, only lack thereof. I went on a Friday for a rough quote on tires and rims for a 19 Charger. Trey was nice polite and accommodating and provided me a quote on some rims I found. I wanted to look some more online at home and found a set I loved them called them back on Monday to inquire if they could order the specific set of rims I found online. It was Trey again I spoke with. He'd taken my number Friday and even recited it back to me without me giving it to him a second time (so the following can't be a case of not having my number). He said he'd look it up and see what he could do and call me back. He never reached out to me. A week later I took my business elsewhere. He was cordial and all that but without trying to complete the order, that doesn't get either of us anywhere Edit: after reviewing the owner's response, I felt compelled to reevaluate my review as maybe he had a point... But first I wanted to review what he'd said. I checked my call log and sure enough, he had the date right, I did call them on the 6th. I have no return call from them though. Things can happen, so I checked my spam caller app and even my voicemail app. Again, nothing. There's no trace of Parker Tire calling me back or of leaving a voicemail. I get it, sometimes calls don't though, but voicemails do. Given that, either the owner is lying to discredit my review, or Trey lied to the owner and he believed him: hence the 1 star stays. To the owner: if you were to discover your employee lied or there was some falsehood in the allegations against me, THEN I'd reconsider. Also, I'd be glad to show records on my end as evidence to the contrary.
I am sorry Jamison that you feel that you didn’t get a call back. We actually did call you back that same Monday the 6th around an hour after you called with the wheels you picked out the Vision brand. We looked through our suppliers and could not get that brand , and left you a message stating that. We didn’t want to keep calling if you were looking for another style since we assumed you received the message. I apologize that you feel like we didn’t value your business enough to give you a call back, but I assure you that’s not the case. A one star review online does seem a little harsh after we spent counter time and were friendly and helpful as you stated on your review. Could you please reevaluate that since you slammed us with 1 stars because you didn’t receive a return call??? Please give us a call if you would like to discuss this further. Thanks Response: Please leave the review as is if you feel we deserve to be bashed for possibly not giving you a call back about wheels that we could not acquire to sell you anyway. I apologize if that made you upset to the point that you would try to deter future business to visit our store. Our small business that gives a lot back to the local community. Our small business that like most others have been hit hard by the virus and it’s effects on our market. I am currently down 5 employees from normal staffing and the world is a much harder place as of lately to operate any business. My response earlier started and ended with an apology as I’m not sure what else I can do. Again please call the store if you would like to discuss any of this further.
