Time and value are hard commodities to come by these days, but the staff at Parker Tire and Alignment demonstrate an appreciation for both in the way they provide service to their customers. There is constant communication throughout the visit that provides you with automotive awareness and allows for financial preparedness in making an informed decision about your auto care. They are also very knowledgeable about their craft, and this deepens the trust that I have in their workmanship. Not only am I satisfied with the services they have provided for my vehicle, but I have also entrusted my family to their care. And truly that says it all: they put the "car" in "care" by putting their care into your car!

I came in late in the day. No appointment just needed a indicator light check and quick check on tire pressure. Also antifreeze. It was done fast. Added some antifreeze. I was on my way. I trust them to take care of other things also. I got new tires from them in August for a long trip I was going on. I asked them to let me know if they saw any other problems. They did -fixed it. I had a great drive through the mountains. Thank God they found the front end problem. They are Experts and nice, fast and trust worthy.

I took my truck in today thinking I had a bad ball joint after I dropped it off Richard called me and said their was absolutely nothing wrong with my front end and said their was no charge . You don’t find that kind of honesty very often . They gained a new customer today I will use Parker tire from now on
