I needed a second opinion on a repair (according to another shop I was looking at a $900 repair). Went in and spoke to Keith (He's awesome) and they took a look for me. Turns out I only needed a $400 repair. In a nutshell, this is BEST shop I have ever been too. They were speedy, honest, and overall great people! Thd next day my vehicle was ready to roll! The crew had great customer service and they were very willing to help. As a female college student, I don't have a lot of money nor knowledge about cars. Parker's is a great, honest repair shop, and they've gained my trust.

I am very glad we were able to fix your car and save you money. Thank you so much for reviewing us online and sharing your experience. We hope that you will not need any automotive repairs for a while but keep in mind we offer regular maintenance on vehicles. Thanks again for your business and kind words.

I go in to get a $0.60 valve stem put on 1 tire and as I'm waiting they tell me they've taken apart my brakes and I'm going to need all new brakes...it's a brand new car!! After 3 hours they pull my car around and I get a $142.00 bill put in my face bc they mounted and balance both my front tires and charged me hours for taking apart my brakes. I only asked for 1 valve stem! I didn't even need a mount and balance because I had already done that a few weeks ago. Also, the guy at the front desk treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Then while I waited my 3 hours I got hassled, by the same man, about how I need to buy new brakes and how much I need to pay them to do it. They were rude and tried to find ways to make me spend money on problems that didn't exist. I won't be returning!

Mr. Broadway thank you so much for your review online. You seem a little confused about your charges so please allow me to clear them up for you. You arrived with custom wheels that did not have enough clearance for the valve stems to clear the brake calipers. A valve stem cost between $2.00 and $8.00 depending on what kind you want. Yours were $6.95 because they needed to be the smallest we could get to try to clear your brakes. The other $36.00 in labor were to install them. That's because even the $8.00 valve stem will not jump on a car by itself. To install valve stems you must first raise the vehicle in the air to keep from damaging the vehicle(this is because it's heavy and you must remove the wheels and tires). Then the tire has to be dismounted from the wheel so you can remove the old valve stem/tpms sensor and install the new one. Anytime the tire is removed from the wheel it must be put back on and rebalanced. So you see, it doesn't matter that you just had the tires mounted and balanced because we had to take them back off to install new valve stems/tmps sensors. So now we have the $6.95 valve stem and $18.00 for mounting and balance the tire. You needed the new valve stem on both of your front tires so that's double(because its two different wheels). Even after the new valve stems were installed they just barely hit the calipers. So we had you come outside and take a look at it. While you were out there we looked at your brakes together( we did not break down your brakes, but we did have the tires off at this point) you needed pads on the front. We gave you a price to change the pads and a price to grind down the outside of the caliper so that it would clear the new valve stem. You AGREED about the repairs needed and told us to GO AHEAD and replace the pads as well. It wasn't until you checked your balance that you asked me to stop on the new pads(by that time we had already had your brake pads off). We did not charge you for taking apart your brakes we did however charge you for fixing your issue with the brake calipers hitting your valve stems. We took the edge off of the caliper where it was hitting on both sides and touched it up for you for $40.00 per side. We did all this and still had you out in 2 hours and 11 mins. You came in at 1:12 and left at 3:23. So $13.90 + $36.00 + $80.00 + $12.47( Tax)= $142.37. I do hope this clears up what you paid for. Thank you again for you online review.

I went there for an oil change, and the mechanic took me to the back and told me that my battery needed to be changed, showed me the print out from their battery tester, and told me that my air filter was dirty and showed me my filter, which was dark gray and filled with pollen/dead bugs/etc. He also told me that several incredibly-expensive-to-fix things were broken on my car, such as the rubber bushy parts on my cross arms. Luckily for me, I know a thing or two about cars, so I bought a new filter for my car from Walmart and went home to change it myself and to check my battery because I had it replaced three years ago. When I opened up my filter, it was spotless and completely clean. I checked my receipt for my oil change to make sure they hadn't changed it for me, but they hadn't. So they showed me SOMEONE ELSE'S filter in the hopes of charging me $40+ for them to change it. I checked my battery- it's perfectly fine. Ladies, BEWARE. They WILL try to scam you, especially on "Women's Wednesday," where they do cheap oil changes for women. Doubtlessly, they can afford to do this because they charge you $40 to change an air filter that's perfectly fine.

Thank you for you review online. Since our last conversation you stated that you did check the CABIN air filter and it was dirty. Once I explained to you that it was the cabin air filter that had the "pollen/dead bugs/etc" I assumed you would edit this deceitful review. Furthermore I invited you back to review the camera footage I have of the work performed on your car. With over 30 cameras your vehicle is recorded every second it is in our hands. This footage clearly shows the technician blow out the large debris from your filters before reinstalling them. We cant in good conscious put the dead bugs and dirt back into your car. So we offer one of the cheapest quality oil changes in town, we also checked your battery and showed you the printed results, allowed you into the shop to SHOW you the dirty filters on your car, and showed you the wear on your control arm bushings. If you truly consider this amount of service a SCAM then please do not return and take up our time that we could be using to service another customer. Also if you claim in a review to 'Know a thing or two about cars" please don't refer to control arm bushings as "the rubber bush parts on my cross arms" or buy ANY automotive filter from Wal-Mart.

Very rude..There's nothing like walking into a business feeling as if no one wants to acknowledge you, but are ready to take your money. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, but first impressions are everything. I was told beforehand not to do business with Parker, but wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. Their work is nice, but not worth the attitude and feeling of being a bothersome.

Sorry if you felt like we didn't value your business. We attempt to greet each and every customer so I do apologize if we dropped the ball. Please message me with the time and date you entered so I can see why you were not greeted promptly. [email protected]
